The Service is provided AS IS. There are no warranties, express or implied. Go Bucks Tax and its affiliates are not liable for direct, incidental, special or consequential damages. Liability for breach is limited to the total charges incurred by the User in the month before the claim arose.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing info@gobuckstax.com. We may also suspend or terminate accounts with or without notice. Termination does not relieve you of accrued obligations, including payment of charges.
Fees shall be determined by Go Bucks Tax price list and may change. Members are responsible for all fees and taxes. Payments are due at purchase; refused payments may result in suspension or termination.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of Missouri.
Go Bucks Tax reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be prospective only.
We send emails to registered clients for account-related activity. Outgoing emails from this domain are not for marketing or promotional use.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Bucks Tax LLC. Any claim related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose or be forever barred.
